This finish (gunmetal sparkle) was only manufactured for the 2007 model year, which was also the first year the Vision series drums were offered. It's also the same year I bought my 5-piece VSX drum kit. Over the years, I've added on pieces as I've run across them. This is the last drum I need to "complete" my kit.
